Sooo I hate blogging....I haven't gotten on here purposely in quite a while. I really wanted one of those sweet blogs that are all awesome and about one thing...But mine is all over the place...friggin A yo I don't care any more. I cook (no friggin baking only meat meat meat), love fashion, have kids, go to school, am geeky..the list goes on...this is not a mommy blog or a cooking blog its everything. so here we go
My man and I found a new wine its called Trailer Trash Shiraz....oh my freaking god damn....yeah...smooth and tart...plus its 2.99 a bottle at the rainbow food outlet....Bwhahah. will update with a picture soon...
I have been cooking up a storm. and I have to say that I love to cook casseroles and meat. I don't know what it is...I just like throwing a bunch of good left over shit together and have it turn out perfect. I cooked a whole chicken in our crock pot with only a salt and pepper and garlic rub no added liquid and it turned out perfect....

We coloured eggs and then easter morning Tony's family and my Grandparents came over for easter dinner...Ham and Dilly Beans...oh yum! The kids got SOOO much candy they are still hyper.

I am bad
Broke my resolution to blog once a week. well I've been semi....not really busy. went on a geology field trip to the oregon coast with my cousin Cody who is in my class and my friend sammy. it was bad ass because I was going to drive but then some kid in my class drove for us. sweet. And I got McDonalds at exactly 1030 in the morning.
IT was an excelent day no wind and warm. I wanted to go to the brewery but no one else in our group like beer. The Tards.
Next one my list is to blog about my favorite wine. Tony and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this wine. it is a "foot stomper" meaning that it has a very distinct taste.its kinds like taking a shot of vodka. But you get used to it very soon and it goes sooooo well with blue cheese and rosemary and parmasean triscuts. We were poor for a while and didn't get to drink much of this. But now that we have money again it is a staple. More wines to be blogged about.

ITS PIZZA TIME! Tony and I had alot of fun making this. The crust is just two cups os bisquik. we added cheese and Italian seasoning. plus garlic salt. The one thing was we rolled it pretty thin but it rises ALOT. So next time I would only use one cup bisquik plus one cup water.
Zen had alot of fun.
for the toppings we used store garlic pasta sauce simmered with onions and more garlic and mushrooms. Canadian bacon, Bacon, a heart attack load of cheese, red peppers, and red onion.
